Is your student a good fit for the RAVE-O© class?

How often do tutoring sessions need to occur?

To reach remediation goals, we recommend that students attend classes three to four days a week.  We rarely see students less than three hours a week.  We offer one-hour to three-hour sessions.  If an intensive remediation program is desired, five or more hours a week. Some families arrange early release, half-day school, or home school to manage the student’s fatigue and logistics.

What are your hours?

Tutoring hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Fridays.  Occasionally, other arrangements can be considered.

What is your policy, if we must miss a lesson?

How long will your child need to be tutored?

Do you address technology tools that help struggling learners?

Absolutely.  We firmly believe that struggling with learning robs the student, their family, and their friends one of our most important gifts.  That is time.  Technology, when used carefully, assists our students in gaining back some of their time.  While technology is not a panacea, and can take a bit of time to learn, it can be effective for our students.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a student’s time slot?

Yes.  Upon acceptance to CTW, LLC a $300 deposit is required to hold the student’s tutoring or class time slot.  When the tutoring relationship ends, this deposit is credited to the student’s last invoice.  A $100 materials fee is required.

Does Connections that Work have a contract for services?

Yes.  It is available on our website.

Is there a materials fee?

Yes.  A $100 materials fee is paid with your first payment.
